Žebrák is a ruin by all standards, however Točník is still in reasonable shape and open to public.
Žebrák Castle is a castle ruin in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It is located in the municipality of Točník in the Beroun District, near the eponymous town of Žebrák. It was built by the Zajíc family. The two castles, Točník and Žebrák, make up a picturesque couple, standing almost right next to each other. Together they are protected as one national cultural monument.

On the town hill (Městská Hora), approx. 10 mins walk from the town center, is where three bears live in an enclosure. Jakub, Vojta and Matej are movie stars from bedtime stories. After filming, they were found a place to live in Beroun, as the town´s symbol is a bear. Medvědárium is now a favourite place to go for an afternoon walk with the family - there is a children's playground, a kiosk and a modest lookout which you can climb.
