The church was built in 1649, its current appearance dates from the second half of the 18th century, when a new wooden bell tower was also built at the church. The church has an ossuary from 1765, a rectory from 1723, and a stone staircase leading from the Small Square to the church, which was completely rebuilt in 1940. It is lined with Baroque sandstone statues of St. Anne, Our Lady of Karlovy Vary and St. John of Nepomuk. Behind the church, near the sacristy, there is a carved sandstone reconciliation cross.
