Varadero has a skydiving company located at the end of the peninsula; a great location for beautiful sandy beach landings.
An old tower of some sort, with no description anywhere. There's stairs to the top, but they're very sketchy.
Ambrosia Cave
Multi-room cave with ancient drawings and lots of bats.
