Rincón del Mar is in Western Costa Norte. It is a tiny village about 15 km from San Onofre. It has a lot of hotels and hostels with a lot of tour operators going to all sorts of places.
The trick to getting in is to find an accommodation beforehand and ask the hostel/hotel.
