Shelkar is a town in Xigatse Prefecture.
Dingri Zhufeng Binguan
Located 7 km off of the Friendship Hwy. Most travelers skip Shelkar and stay at the hotels near the Shelkar Junction, where the road to town meets the highway. There is no public transportation available.
