Built in 1723, this is the largest and best-preserved Yellow River temple in China. It is known as the "Little Forbidden City of the Yellow River" because its layout follows the design of the Forbidden City in Beijing. It was built by Emperor Yongzheng to honor river gods and officials who contributed to flood control. The temple's main hall features a rare ceiling with 65 sandalwood paintings that remain free of dust and insects.
