Jinfang Hot Spring

One of the very few historical sites in Anning's central business district. the Anning Confucius Temple was built in 1337. Like many temples of its age, the temple has undergone many renovations over the centuries, most recently in 2002-2003 when parts of the temple that had been destroyed in the 20th century were rebuilt. Nonetheless, two original buildings remain standing, including the Dacheng Hall (大成殿) and the Chongsheng Hall (崇圣祠). Hence the temple has been included on China's national heritage list. Anning's main museum, the Anning City Museum (安宁市博物馆), is located on the temple grounds.
