The longest covered bridge in the world at 391 m (1282 feet). The single-lane bridge was completed in 1901 for the princely sum of $75,000. You can still drive across, or walk across on the sidewalk that was added in 1945. The bridge is now a National Historic Site.
Built in 1912 as a post office, it still has its historical features; dome shaped windows and a beautiful staircase. From the upper level, you can view both bridges.
