A former village that was flooded due to large rain falls in the 80s. What remains is a salt lake and a ghost village of which half is still flooded. Allowing for some grotesque and interesting pictures. Most of the community moved to the nearby touristy and picturesque Carhué. Take the time to walk the area from Carhué, which allows for great pictures. There are also therapeutic baths near Carhué which use the mud of the lake pretty much like at the Dead Sea between Israel and Jordan.

This park encloses the Cerro de la Ventana and has a picturesque waterfall at the end of one of its trails, where even in water-low late summer you can take a dip into the clear and deep water of its upper waterfall. Additional email address: parquetornquist@gmail.com
